Our Aims
The Governing Body of Beoley First School has a clear vision of our school:
 
‘Every member of the school community is empowered to reach further forward than they ever thought was possible.'
 
To achieve this the children, staff, Governors and parents have worked together to produce our Mission Statement:

At Beoley School we believe that children learn best in a happy, secure and caring environment. All our staff are committed to this philosophy, caring for each child as an individual within the whole school ethos.
 
Our aim is to provide a broad and balanced curriculum with the children at the very centre, promoting an atmosphere of excellence, friendship, care, trust and mutual respect.
 
With this in mind we strive to:
  • enable the children to become physically, emotionally and spiritually mature to handle the challenges of their adult lives
  • develop and encourage each child's full potential to become independent learners
  • help the children become intellectually equipped with the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to function effectively in a society of the future
